Ugh - today I blew my diet ... Because of sheer laziness even! Ugh!
Breakfast: None ... slept late today!
Lunch: Reuben from Arbys, Sprite couple fries and two eggrolls.
Dinner: Whopper Jr., 4 cheesy tots and a Fuze drink.
That's around 1500 calories - OUCH! I promise I will do better tomorrow! In fact, I signed into SparkPeople for the first time in over a year - I love that website because it really helps me keep track of things I eat. If you are on the site I am "Moongoddessxtc" on there!
Worked out for 15 minutes on the Wii Fit only because it's freaking late and I have to take a shower before bed. Goodnight!
