*I* found a nice (folding!) Elliptical Machine at the Salvation Army today! It was only $60 so I bought it. I just have to figure out when the heck I'm going to work out - most likely evenings (that's the only time I have really). I've got an iPod all ready with some kickass Britney music loaded (gotta make my "workout" playlists again!). I need to lube the Elliptical a little though - hello Squeaky! It also needs a little tightening - but I think hubby will handle all that. He won't admit it - but I think he'd be happy if I kept to my New Years resolution.

For lunch at the mall I had a Grilled Chicken Bacon (!) Ranch salad at McDonalds. I had a bottle of water to drink and I did NOT steal ANY of the boys' french fries!

For dinner I am having a small (350 cals) pot pie and some carrot sticks I believe. One salad is enough for the day. For drink I am having iced green tea.

I have to locate my "Best Life Diet" book again - I think it's upstairs. I also bought the People "Half Their Size" issue which always gets me going. I think I will also post photos of "thinspirational" HEALTHY people. I have a hard time with diets sometimes - I tend to slip back into my old 'eating disorder' ways.

Ice chips - while they have zero calories - are not my friends! (keep telling yourself that Christine!)



Fergie is my "Thinspiration" today. She has some killer abs and is one of the healthiest celebrities out there. I found a link about her workouts here.
